To qualify for a return or refund, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with the necessary information and instructions for returning your package to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for products damaged by the customer unless the customer can provide evidence that the item was received in a damaged condition.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items, discounted articles, or orders placed using discount codes.
Exchanges:
For a quick exchange, we recommend returning the item and placing a separate order for the desired item. Please note that a fee of 350PKR will be charged for exchanging an item with a new one.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, a deduction of 25% will be applied to the original amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
